Our Story
Send Your Kids on a Global Adventure with our Fun and Educational Activity Packs.
Founded in 2020 by travel consultant Jennifer Jones, Little Global Explorers is an interactive and engaging way for children to learn about the world. With instant downloadable products, our unique and affordable Activity Packs are designed for children 8-12 years old.
As a family business (our kids included!) based in Sydney, we believe the best learning happens when it’s play-centered, creative, and, most importantly, fun. Learning shouldn’t be over complicated or made difficult. Our resources are tailored to spark your little one’s curiosity about the world around them and to encourage a lifelong love of learning about different cultures, languages and countries.
With Little Global Explorers, your kids will be inspired to learn quickly, in a way that is fun and easy to understand – from puzzles and language activities to interactive recipes and crafts.
In a world full of blue light, we purposefully chose to create activities that provide your children with quality, screen-free educational experiences (apart from our step-by-step video tutorials for craft activities and recipes). Sure, iPads can be great for learning, but we understand the importance of time away from screens. Our Activity Packs are designed with your kid’s eyesight in mind!
We pride ourselves on listening to our customers’ needs and we fundamentally believe in being a company that gives back. Little Global Explorers will donate AUD $1 per Activity Pack to various children’s charities around the globe to help support their education and well- being. You can find out more about this initiative on our GIVING BACK page.
Meet My Tribe
Get to know the little & big people behind our brand.
Meet Caitlyn...
Our strong-willed, independent and fun-loving 12-year-old daughter Caitlyn enjoys drawing, colouring and craft projects. All our Activity Packs come with her stamp of approval!
Caitlyn is a big fan of the outdoors and loves biking, skating and skateboarding. On weekends we enjoy family bushwalks and exploring our own amazing backyard (the incredible National Parks in Sydney).
Her favourite colour is purple and she’s a super amazing big sister to little brother Ryan… Of course, they also fight a bit too. It’s not all cupcakes and rainbows here!
Meet Ryan...
Our 8-year-old son Ryan is equally strong-willed as his big sis. He’s a super active and affectionate kid and a keen soccer player.
He has recently found his love for biking and jumps too. We have some great bike parks in our area and it’s his favourite place to spend his free time.
When not in the bike park, Ryan can be found practising his double backflip on the trampoline. His favourite colour is red and his favourite food is pasta.
His awesome sense of humour keeps us entertained on a daily basis.
Meet Mark ...
Hubby Mark is a Chef by trade, and currently teaches hospitality management at the elite Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School, here in Sydney.
Mark is the “Master Chef” behind the recipes in the Little Global Explorers Activity Packs and together with Caitlyn and Ryan, they enjoy making them in front of the camera as a fun step-by-step guide.
Originally from Wales and an avid Rugby follower, if he’s not teaching or creating awesome recipes, Mark loves catching up with his buddies for a round of golf.
And a little bit more about Jennifer ...
Born and raised in Germany, Jennifer only learnt to speak English when she was 20 years old. She started her professional life in the hospitality industry, which enabled her to work all over the world.
With so much travel experience under her belt, it was only natural that Jennifer retrained in her passion and became a travel agent. A travel consultant for almost 15 years now, this has put her in the perfect position to teach her two little people about the world around us.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing the piano and catching up with friends.
